Porter lost to Kell Brook and was floored by Adrian Broner. Spence would chew him up and spit it out.

Want whatever you want. Haymon is going to do what he's going to do. The current plan is for Thurman to fight twice in 2018. Jesse Vargas and Shawn Porter. If Thurman wins both fights, then he'll fight Errol Spence in early 2019.

Spence likely fights Devon Alexander next in a homecoming fight, if Alexander wins convincingly against Victor Ortiz. Then Spence would make a mandatory defense for his final fight of 2018.

Danny Garcia is being positioned to fight the Thurman/Spence winner later in 2019.
This is probably exactly how it'll play out

That's exactly how it is ......interesting you don't hear a peep out of the rest when Spence is mentioned. Thurman seems like he hasn't got any plans!

Funny how the odd one or two so called 'boxing fans' don't see this.

Spence has put the fear of god in their heads.

Porter could have fought Spence for his belt, but chose to fight Granados instead, waiting on Thurman. Porter said he was on the WBC path, IBF was old news, had that belt.

            D. Garcia could have fought Spence for his belt but chose to fight Rios instead, waiting on Thurman. Garcia said last year or the year before Spence has to earn his shot, then fought a guy Spence KO'd instead.

Thurman said may fight Spence in 2019, after a tune up and rematch with Porter or Garcia. He could fight Spence before, but won't.

He could have fought Danny Garcia but Garcia is fighting Brandon Rios, Pbc is a joke

With that being said I dont think Spence can clean out 147 without beating Crawford first. Once Crawford gets the Wbo Spence has no choice but to fight Crawford if he wants to be undisputed champion like he says.
I'm one that doesn't think Crawford would derail Spence. I think Crawford is great but switch hitting doesn't change the angles of you body attack your flush with the left from southpaw and you have leverage with the right hook from orthodox.

I think Crawford is great he has allot of solid skills but he takes time off during rounds with movement. That burns allot of gas and from what I've seen Spence cuts the ring off quite well. It would be a good fight but Crawford would know early mid rounds his power is legit.

Crawford Beating Horn is a forgone conclusion.

It wasnt Arum giving those excuses not to fight Crawford it was Thurman and Garcia. Your crazy if you think fighters arent afraid to fight Crawford. Even Pacquiao who is known for stepping up and fighting the best is avoiding Crawford. Hes one of the most avoided boxers right now but thankfully hes with Arum who is willing to make the tough fights for him that propelled him to the top of the p4p list.

Peterson the only real G out of the bunch. They are all with Al so I'm sure they will get paid regardless as those fights aside from a Crawford or Horn fight will be on Showtime. I think they are waiting to see some kind of weakness in him instead of stepping up to the plate and being the fighter that exposes that weakness.

He might have been tempted when the little sharks had a title - Guerrero and Vargas - but now it looks like all the titles will be held by Crawford, Thurman and Spence. Spence would beat Mikey even if Mikey was a genuine WW because he's too athletic and fast. Thurman and Crawford are just too big and mobile. But that's ok. Mikey can try to mop up at 135 and defend at 140 - if he does that for a year or 2 he is a HOF lock and then maybe late in his career when ww is less threatening he can move up and get an easy belt.

Bud was a monster at 135 and a very large lww so there is a chance he could take his power up. I think this is one of the reasons team Horn have taken the fight - they know there is a chance that he can't hurt Horn so at least Horn can do what he does best and bum-rush Crawford same as he did to Pac.
