Hey Rich, I just don't see anyone beating Spence at this point. They all duck him. Spence punches in bunches not with bad intent but with murderous intent. Charlo said Spence hits hard like a Jr mw. I just don't see anyone beating Spence at this point.

I agree, natural power, he just hurts em, too quick and slick, I can’t see him being beaten in a while, him and Crawford will have a great fight but Spence will take it. He’ll need to move up for challenges

They have named this Showtime card "The Lie And The Truth." One for Robert Easter, one for Errol Spence.

Easter Jr definitely needs more seasoning, but to call him a "lie" right now would be a mistake. He's not beating Mikey Garcia right now, and I'm not sure if he beats Linares now.

The skills/ability are there, he just needs that extra refinement; in another time, he and his pops would head to the Kronk gym to get in work with Emmanuel Steward.

With Manny no longer around, it's basically on Easter Jr and his father to leave Garcia/Linares alone for a bit and use the next 2-4 fight camps to fix what they can fix (Crolla, the Commey/Luna mandatory winner, Argenis Mendes/Yvan Mendy); figure out how in the heck Easter Jr can get it into his spirit to commit to fighting long.

Otherwise, he'll end up as a could've been.

I don't recall seeing Spence hurt in a fight. Anyone know of one where he was buzzed? The impression I get from him is the presence of a 154 or 160 lber in with 147's.

I dont think he has. Funny thing is Shawn fought at 165 (75kg) in amateurs against guys like Andrade and Danny. Keith fought at 152 (69kg). Errol fought at 152 as well but I think people don't realize that 152 is the cap for WW in the amatuers. Errol definitely has the presence of a bigger fighter though. But all that "weight bully" stuff is overblown imo.

in his 9th pro fight vs lartey he ate a mean right hook that got his attention. belt sounded right after. he dominated the fight though but this is all there is in his pro career as far as being "hurt".
