Floyd agreed to 50/50. Pacquiao ducked because of random drug testing and he was afraid of needles and what not. Now he's fighting TBA.

So counter offers means someone is ducking. You also failed to mention Floyd only would agree to 50/50 id he gets all of the PPV sales...Which is insane. Oh and here drug testing by a company who is influenced by Floyd Mayweather and team and also testing on night of the fight randomly. Its plain facts. Floyd is known as the biggest duck in boxing history. Which is why he is so disliked in the sport. Yay...He found a way to get rich quick in the sport and take less risk. Good for him. Bad for the sport.

Exactly, it's strictly business and doesn't have anything to do with sports. So I'm asking for rules, the government bodies, boxing boards or some newly formed worldwide boxing association should finally step up and save our sport.

With each super PPV bull**** the fanbase declines because they are just mismatches in most cases. Most fights in boxing are mismatches or close to it.

Because it's easy for a promoter to put his star in with a bum, give the bum 10% or less of the money and ignore real fights out there because "the money isn't right" or "the demands are unreasonable".


And then there's a core fanbase of promoters and certain boxers who even support those businesses. Eddie Hearn has more fans than the average world champion in boxing. It's pathetic, most modern boxing fans are pathetic and deserve no better but it's killing the sport at the same time.

Boxing has long needed a gold standard, can't disagree with that, its all very political between them all. The multi sanctioning system does create an interesting dynamic you don't always see in other sports, I suppose the 'The Ring' has attempted to be a consolidated source, but it's not fully been picked up by the mainstream yet.

Any title that can have an Interim, Regular and Super champion of the same title, in the same weight class is a joke. Bad enough we have all these ABC titles, but now we have 3 of the same ABC title?
