If the old man beats him and takes his 0,is there any coming back from that? What does his record look like in retrospect? At 32 would it be the end of the road for wilder or would he be able to regroup? And would his loyal fanbase stick by him?
what if wilder loses to ortiz?

Of course he'd be able to regroup. 32 is not old. Losing to Ortiz should not be a career breaker - the guy has been a division boogeyman for last few years, and there's a reason for that.
There's no shame for the loss to either guy no matter what the fanbases say. Wilder can get wild and throw haymakers when his opponent is in trouble, and Ortiz is pretty old. But they're both really, really solid boxers with great fundamentals and power.
This will be a great fight, no matter what insecure fanbases claim afterwards.Comment

Wilder has at least 3 years left to stay at top level . His record is weak now and without an Ortiz win it stays that way with the added defeat to the first legit top guy he faced which will take him down mentally a few notches .
His fanbase will dispearse bc the majority of them on all media platforms arent really motivated by boxing , we know what motivates them . lol
I think the only guys you could favor over him are Ortiz and Joshua , at least for now so theres plenty of fights for him .
If he does lose get ready for more b.s on here however with the claims that Joshua took the easier fight and use his loss as evidence just like they used Joshuas own performances and somehow credited Wilder ?
Its not losing to Ortiz which would be the problem , it would be the way he mapped out his career by stretching it out only to have it back fire on him and lose a huge Joshua mega fight .Last edited by juggernaut666; 01-19-2018, 03:57 PM.Comment

The paper title nightmare would continue. Tyson Fury will come back and play the role of Floyd Mayweather Jr. The only slight difference in this story is that we have four different Carlos Baldomir's in Anthony Joshua, Luis Ortiz, Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder. In the ideal world Tyson/Floyd would only fight one incarnation of Baldomir, but in reality he will likely have to beat at least two of them.Comment
