I disagree...that fight would have required Spence to move plus Golden Boy wanted option on Spence for taking the fight.

That's very disappointing because his style might be better suited for Spence Jr. than Thurman!

His style could also be worse...he'll be right in front of Spence all night. Thurman on the other hand, would use quite a bit of "movement."

Because Thurman said he won't fight him until 2019 even though he is already recovered. (He got a fight lined up for April so that means he's already started or close to starting training camp).

Spence doesn't understand why Thurman can't fight him after his tune up in April, and remember, Thurman been making excuses not to fight Spence since WAY before elbow surgery. Spence been calling him out since he was 15-0.

Spence and Charlo are stablemates and friends, and both want to become undisputed in their divisions. Spence moving up gets in the way of that. It will limit both their options.

Do you really want to deal with the situation where two champs won't fight each other because 'we're stablemates and friends?'

Derick James already said that he would never allow them to fight each other anyway. So what does moving up to 154lbs do for Spence anyway?
