Pac in his last fight beat Horns according to most people, a rugged 5'10 WW, not a midget like Rigo.

I would favor Pac if I didn't suspect that the fight was going to be somewhat fixed, considering it's Arum. Loma simply doesn't have the power to bother Manny. Manny has the size and speed and skill to out-bully Loma if he wanted to.. I seriously think if Manny fights Loma he won't even try. It will be a half-assed 50% Manny that loses on the cards. It will simply be a fight to catapult Loma.

Lomachenko at this point is faster than oldman Pacquiao, Pacquiao has slowed so much over the years that by the eye test Lomachenko is faster.
