If people though Ariza was giving Manny special shakes and was cheating, and *Floyd was accusing Manny of cheating, why on earth would he ask Ariza to join him if all *Floyd wants is a "level playing field"?

I find it funny too how *Floyd doesn't keep Ariza around after shortly hiring him. Was it because when Ariza gave him his "special shake", *Floyd saw nothing "special" about it so he fired him?

Why on earth would *Floyd accuse someone of cheating, only to join forces with the one who was supposedly helping someone "cheat".
