During Floyd Career (PED) Breaks he used like a mthfcker
Every time he went away he came back much bigger with obvious signs of Roid use.
After all he was away from the sport and away from any type of testing.
We know he used xylocaine, one of the reason he only fought in Nevada.
We know about the banned IV he took to mask PED use.
They are stories of tests being destroyed other TUEs given for PED use.
One of the reasons Floyd accused Manny was because Floyd thought he is taking all this stuff and this guy is outdoing me, he got to be on something himself.Comment

Got to look at the traps. If more significant growth is there then it is definitely Roids, as the receptors their respond more and you get much more growth in your traps.
Especially in boxing.
The growth in Floyd's traps shows roid use, as well as the barrel chest he developed.Comment

Undoubtedly yes
Did he use Xylocaine, and only Nevada allowed it,
Yes again.
Did he take a banned IV used to masking PED use, and couldn't give a sample till he took the IV
Yes again.
Now what was he doing in those career breaks, and what PEDs he took are a matter of debate, as we can only assume.

When he and Pac went to court, Pacs side wanted all the test results from Floyd but had him folding instead with him paying an out of court settlement.
Floyd done himself up like a kipper. It was obvious at this point.

Xylocaine is legal if you can prove there is a need for it. Being that the commission's doctor is in a video discussing the use of Xylocaine with Mayweather discussing his hand issues which aired before one of his fights, I think that shows you're pretty desperate.
