I think having sex before a fight would be a good idea if you could think that far ahead. My wife and I usually have sex after we fight. A few times we had sex while we were actually fighting, which was great but the timing is critical.

Wouldn't be a problem for me. I've never had sex in my life.

I feel you, my body reacts in the same way as you described it. Having sex before a fight makes you feel lighter in some kind of way, but also more relaxed, which is bad I think, because your reaction time becomes a bit slower because of this. What is better to do, is to get relaxed but excited at the time. To achieve this, I am going to tantric massage Manchester before the fights, and this makes me more confident and ready for the fight, and also full of energy and ready to destroy the opponent.

Well, everyone’s body reacts differently, though. I personally don’t know how it affects performance, but I’ve had experiences with https://tosituhma.com/, where I met someone casually. It was a low-pressure situation, and it definitely didn’t impact my mindset, so maybe it’s all about balance and finding what works best for you.

I think it's a myth. In fact when you sploooge everywhere, that release makes your body increase testosterone production which helps in training and performance.

The ONLY thought I had in my mind of the reasoning for this was to make a fighter more irritable which may provide additional aggression in the fight. By having yourself all bottled up without having released in some time, you might show up more angry. Though that's about the only thing I can think of for the reasoning.

I know people said, there is also distractions and yeah, that's true, but a normal human being should be able to balance training and what they do outside of training like any non athlete. They're training for a few hours a day, not 24 hours, lol.

Was it AJ who said he doesn't follow the rule and look at him. Sure, his performances are hit and miss, but I don't think it had anything to do with his sex life, but rather, he's a hit and miss type fighter. Leaky defense will bring problems to you when you're up against punchers.

I always stayed away from actual sex before a match, but I'd still watch stuff like phim sex hentai just to clear my head or relax a bit without draining energy. Some guys say it weakens focus, but for me it helped ease nerves—better than going in all tense. Everyone's different though, gotta figure out what works for your own routines.

I think there are multiple factors involved. Not busting your nut for some days can cause you to become more irritable and anxious. This may lead to a better performance in the ring because you've got this built up energy and anger sitting inside. Though even that can be taken with a grain of salt.

Having sex causes you to produce more testosterone so to me, it's probably better to bust your nut as often as you can. I truly mean that. Helps keep your hair growing quickly, your nails, etc. When you stop busting your nut, your hair growth speed slows down, lol.

Though the idea of the very night before a fight, it's probably more to do with energy levels and just ensuring you had a good night sleep before the fight. To be "professional" about your work let's say because as an athlete, your job is to perform. If you're not sleeping well the night before your fight and can't perform because of that, that's an "unprofessional" thing to do. If you lose the fight, people can say you deserved it for your lack of professionalism by staying up all night having sex, lol.
