Was Max Kellerman out of line here?

The way he grilled Manny Pacquiao after the Mayweather fight seemed like a d1ckish thing to do....... talk about kick a man while he's down........

Kellerman should have slapped him for being a sore, delusional loser. To then make up an excuse after about a shoulder injury was even more pathetic.

No, he was on point. Boxing should be a sport and the antics of team Pacquiao sullied that.

At the end of the bout, you expect both fightets to act with class, which means accepting a fair loss and not making excuses.

He grilled him? He was a fan disappointed that Pac was scared the whole way and didn’t put up a fight.

              Not at all

Because it was a joint showtime/HBo broadcast

Lamprey / Lederman/ Kellerman had to put their Manny Pom poms away and actually be non biased

Manny saying he won sounded ******ed, Kellerman had to check him

Instead of HBO saying Manny won which they couldn't because they'd look like fools they used another excuse to try and diminish the win by Mayweather by calling it boring and not suprising most fans drank that kool- aid

He wouldn't have any credibility if he took it easy on Pacquiao. He wasn't out of line he was checking Pacquiao for claiming he won. Anyone else doing the interview would've done the same thing.

Kellerman can make you cringe a little at times, he’s a bit of an idiot, but the way he was with Manny was kind of fair.

This fight was HUGE - and had been for years...Floyd fought exactly how he was supposed too overall, Manny didn’t. His effort and results overall in the actual fight (down to Floyd or not) did not match up to the expectations of anyone after such a huge buildup to a mega event etc etc so for him to stand acting baffled at losing deserved to be checked.

You can’t stand and claim to have won a fight you didn’t after all that hype and build up, when you didn’t show up and do your damn well best to fight your fight.

People like to blame Floyd for making that fight boring but it is in equal measure in that sense; as much as Floyd neutralised a lot of the action and didn’t tear it up (obviously) Manny didn’t have answers to occasion he was presented with.
