From what i remember Peterson started pouring it on a little too late. I wanted him to win too but i felt the decision was right.

No B side fighter is going to get the benefit of a doubt starting that late.

I like the experience and grit that Peterson will bring to the table. I just don't see him holding up to the onslaught that Spence is sure to bring tho. If Spence presses forward and works the body like expected I think Peterson's corner waves it off for him in round 9 or 10. No surprise if it does go 12 but at this stage in their careers, Spence will be too much imo.

Yeah I agree with you, its all gonna boil down to how well peterson can take spence shots. I think peterson just like brook will be hurt if spence lands flush but recently peterson has adopted a highguard no bs style that I think is gonna be harder than norm for spence to land flush with consistently. I just see a very hard fight ahead for spence, one where it might be verywell one sided score wise when its all side and done but action wise its gonna be closer.

War mikey, your forgeting one major things lamont is the natually smaller guy unlike brook who was a natural welter, like spence is......lamont just won't be able to hold up.....
