I don't thin k khan is as worried fighting brook now as the expectations on khan are lower now.
People expect brook to beat kjhan and brook is the name now.
Roles have been reversed. Khan has more to gain than lose now.

Not what it would have been years ago. It was more than obvious when Khan signed with Hearn that he was going to fight Brook. Will it be his second fight, or will Khan take two warm-ups? I guess he can fight Brook his second fight and if he loses fight an opponent so he can retire with a win....

No chance it’s in two fights and I’m 100% sure this fight was absolutely crucial to the overall multi fight deal with Hearn.

I imagine the conversation went something like ‘Amir...i’ll bank roll you 3 fights to persue your delusion you can be world champ again, but win/lose at the end of that make hay period you’d better be getting in with Brook to pay down the deal, if you do that then you got yourself a nice fat bank account starting tomorrow’ and Khan said ‘yep, done’
