Fury (as the lineal champ) once he becomes active again would be my #1 guy. Joshua is currently #1 doe for that Klitschko win.

Once Fury gets active again Fury making Klitschko look like he was 3 levels below Fury while Joshua was neck & neck with Klitschko for most of their fight puts Fury on top for me.

Wilder would be third in line. And Parker who damn near lost to Andy Ruiz & has never looked the part of HW champion to me all that much is 4th.

        2. Ruiz is a 6'1 overweight heavy footed counter puncher his nick name is the "Destroyer " but he hasnt destroyed anyone . His best win is Liakhovich by UD who had 3 straight losses and 1 win against an unknown before fighting Ruiz . Ruiz is known as a K.O puncher but against who ? He hasnt fought since Parker last year either.

        3. Charles Martin is a 6'5 250 pound southpaw who LEGITAMATLEY look like he can punch . He has 23 stoppages in 27 fights and has 2 wins after Joshua . His best win is Glaskov who was undefeated who he was walking down before Glaskov twisted his knee? Hes ranked 7 in the WBC and his only loss was to the best fighter .

Not much probably seperates these guys right now but my money would be on the far bigger southpaw who has decent HW experience at 27 fights and he simply has more to work with than th other two who are not exactly made for a HW division .

It doesnt really matter who won a belt from who ,its whos fighting the best . Belts CANNOT make the fighter its the other way around despite what some WISH to believe .

The REAL HW title fight was Klitchko vs Joshua ,end of .

Answer is Joshua and its not even close .
😭😭😭😭😭 this guy is pathetic. Big Charles Martin now are we????😭😭😭

You dont have to big Martin up much if Ruiz and Stiverne are the ones being compared .

Did you figure out its illogical to state someone like Izu has bad stamina on one fight when they only had 17 fights yet to base that conclusion on ?

You dont get better stamina unless you have more fights particularly if you are ending fights quickly bc stamina is gained with IN ring experience !He was EXPOSED doe ?

You're lying. Let's look at the computerized IBO rankings so everything is as unbiased as possible.

Parker's first defense was against the #75 heavyweight in the world. His second challenger wasn't even in the top 100.

            Wilder's defenses have been #40, #32, #17, #35 and #20. There's no doubt Wilder's resume is better.

Wilder has the most prestigious belt. Held by all the greats. Parker has the least prestigious belt.

Wilder won a landslide against a reigning champion, ranked #2 or #3 in all the top independent rankings at the time. Parker won a vacant title against an unranked opponent.

Wilder has headlined on network TV in the most lucrative boxing market in the world, with millions watching. Parker's defenses have been untelevised. It's a joke claiming that the world recognizes Parker's belt as a real world heavyweight championship.
Lets ignore the which belt is legitimate or not. Sure, in the grand scheme, the WBO champs were often much weaker than the rest.
But it's about the individual cases. Pacquiao also held the WBO and bar Mayweather, he was the most legit guy at welterweight at that time.

The most important fact is resume. We cant go by lineal factor, because of the fury mess.

Joshua has the best single win in Klitschko and has a couple of fringe contenders in takam, breazeale, whyte, martin.

Wilder doesnt have an exceptional win. You can pull out rankings however you want, but Stiverne was pretty much overrated and ranked #2 or #3 by default. Or how can you explain his rankings, even though he only beat an even more overrated guy in Arreola? Arreola was ranked arond #9-10 at the time Stiverne beat him.
Wilder has more wins against fringe contenders, because he is holding the belt for a longer period of time.
              stiverne, washington, duhaupas, arreola, Scott.
              Doesnt sound very great.

Parker has also a couple of wins against decent fringe contender, but doesnt win convincingly against them.
              Takam, Fury, Ruiz.
Fury and Ruiz COULD potentially be better than the list of fringe contenders of the other champions, but unfortunately they were/are still untested.

              Right now it's:

Joshua, Wilder, Parker for me, but the gap between each of the guys is not really big.

Povetkin (the cheat) doesnt have a belt, but he has built a very decent resume, which put him on par with the three champs.

Recently (less than 5 years ago) he has wins over:
takam, perez, hammer, charr, duhaupas, rudenko.

Including older victories he also beat:
Chagaev, Chambers, Huck, Byrd, Rahman, Donald.

No. Let's not. The WBC was founded by the EBU and BBBoC and joined by the NYSAC. It's the real world title tracing back over a hundred years. The WBO was invented out of thin air by Pepe Cordero after Bob Arum went public that Pepe was the mastermind of the WBA's bribery ring.

AJ. He took the title from Wlad the right way. But to be truly legit he needs to beat Fury.

                      This chart is quite illustrative:

You can see the rankings of their recent opponents. On that basis I'd say Joshua is clearly number one.
