Even after Oscar tried to lure Pacquiao away with a briefcase full of cash and Pacquiao was a huge underdog nobody thought stood a chance Arum made that fight. He had a competitive feud with Don King for decades but still broke bread when it came to making big fights. Haymon is the one that needs to be willing to put his fighters in tough fights because Arum has proved over and over he that he does

Very rare these days to have a champion who is not about protecting his belts, and wants the best competition available.

Never once heard the dude mention money being right, or hiding behind networks or a promoter.

Of course he's just began realizing the fruits of his labor, so we'll see if he maintains that same level of hunger. But so far, so good.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. Dude wants to fight everyone, has manners and respect for everyone, doesn’t care about money or location. Not to mention, he’s a damn good role model. Just watch his interviews.

Spence, if you keep winning you can count Crawford out. UncleBob would never allow that fight to happen. It much to big a a risk for Arum & one of his golden gooses.

Soto Karass is a bum, Porter and Garcia are no bums, that is a big difference.

True! As Keith has fought a higher caliber opponent, he has become less impressive! Not only that, he hasn't done anything we didn't expect, like Pacquiao beating Cotto, or Floyd beating De La Hoya @ 154! Thurman has a chance to become great, with 2 great options: Spence Jr. and Crawford! He has to choose 1 of the 2 in 2018, or he will become more like Kell Brook, than Floyd and Manny!

Seems Spence is looking past Lamont Peterson. Are the odds really that huge in this fight?

That is normal. Porter and Garcia are both very good boxers, It is no shame to have close fights with good fighters.
