Matthysse fights are fun as hell to watch. Unfortunately I think he is going to end up getting the worst of some of the fights available to him at 147.
He's been in some real wars and I don't think it's going to go well if he ends up in there with some of these top names at 147.

I'd definitely watch him and Garcia rematch at 147 though.
