Someone is going to have to see Groves or Eubank winner. Might as well be Jacobs should he get an opportunity with Truax 2. Then Benavidez and Ramirez, we can hype more fights. Jacobs vs Eubank Jr. is a mega fight. Lots of money.

i agree that the groves vs eubanks winner will win the tournament, but they still have to fight the smith/braehmer winner before they can fight jacobs which means jacobs wouldnt get the fight this year.

He may have more lucrative options at 160, but I think moving up to 168 could be a great idea for him. He can take the strap off caleb truax, and could get decent fights like degale, Eubank jr, groves, smith and benavides. He's more likely to get those fights than he would ggg rematch, canelo or saunders imo. I haven't heard any legit noise about him vs Charlo or Andrade, which would be other interesting fights for him at 160.

Caleb Truax already invited Jacobs another shot!!! That's a lottery ticket right there, unless of course Jacobs is scared that he might not get another KO when at 168... also why wouldn't HBO love to brand Jacobs as a 168 champ?

Haymon is all game for cross Atlantic matchups, and he definitely was behind the scenes. Danny isn't exclusive to HBO, they had to let Hearn do his thing with Sky Sports too in using Danny, with Matchroom being able to showcase some UK fighters on Danny's cards. Expect Danny to fight in the UK.
