Comments Thread For: Scott Quigg: I'm Confident I Can Do The Job With Oscar Valdez!

Former WBA super bantamweight world champion Scott Quigg is not bothered by the likely fact that he'll be tagged as the underdog in a planned fight with WBO featherweight champion Oscar Valdez. I like the underdog. Quigg is taking his show on the road and his loss to Frampton with a broken jaw says a lot about his grit. Valdez will be home, but his boxing skill is his real edge. A role reversal, where Quigg will press and Valdez will move. Usually it's the other way around with Mexican fighters. New blood. Quigg needs to come heavy.
