When he says what he's saying, he's talking about Gervonta Davis. He's taking shots at him.

He is probably the most talented fighter, but it doesn't beat the discipline of a guy like Jack. Floyd knows Davis can be great, but his out of the ring issues is what's holding him back. Floyd's saying when Davis won his title, everything changed. He didn't wanna listen to Floyd anymore.

His performances against Pedraza and Walsh were great, then he got big headed and started doing his own thing amongst his people back home in Baltimore. When Floyd says "The lil girls start liking you when you win your world title" he's talking about Davis 100%.

Worse promoter out there. I've heard more about his strip club from him than his actual cards. His fighters are nothing but thugs and he's too afraid to put Vagina in with Lomachenko.

I agree, he's definitely talking about Davis! How do you lose your title on the scales @ 22 years old? Davis should be able to easily make 130! Now if Floyd was a ****ty promoter, he would feed Davis to Lomachenko ASAP! If I was Floyd, i'd put Davis in with Farmer! That's a real beef! That's Philly vs. Baltimore! X-tra security for that! If Davis loses that, he can't come outside until he gets his **** together!

People aren't giving Floyd credit for the best move he's made - keeping Tank Davis alive by keeping him from Loma. Floyd is basically a life saver there.

Floyd's plans were derailed when Stevenson signed with TR, which IMO was the right move. Floyd needed a backup plan just in case but it doesn't seem like he does.

Floyd may need to look outside the US for talent, or look at established dudes looking for a big promoter.

I saw Indongo just signed with DiBella. Maybe Floyd should look at Nicholas Walters.

I think he should. I think some fighters are more hungrier than others. Davis might be talented but he has that Broner head on his shoulders.

If you know Gervonta's story, the fact that he is even alive is somewhat of a miracle. Floyd, nor anyone for that matter, can take someone whose parents were addicts, never around, had no stable home life, and make them a dedicated pro overnight. It will take some time.

IMO he needs to move Davis out to Vegas and surround him with responsible people. Even that might not work given his journey and past.

Am sure it's a great story. Davis needs to learn from himself and look how his career can go down quickly. I have ready many times that Mayweather tried to move Tank out to Vegas but he always end up going back to whereever he is front originally.

Damn shame. Floyd needs to give him some tough love and hold him accountable. We really don't need Broner 2.0.
