Exactly. of about 3.8 billion women in the world, only 18 of them fight in her division, most of them fight part-time.shes asking for that Loma paper when she has only beaten bums. She fights in the same weight class andre ward Zurdo ramirez James DeGale joe calzaghe have/had titles. Smh. There aren’t that many chicks that’s size. She’s got zero competition. Her titles don’t mean shiet.
Unless you're the daughter of a legend you're not going to get much attention after a year of fighting.Comment

Womans boxing as a product is hot garbage anyone who says differently isn't able to see it from a subjective line of sight. So it don't really have nothing to do with her, although her acting like a a$$hole on social media half the time I see her respond to someone likely doesn't help her out any.
And I'm a fan of Shields saying this, she's the female boxer I mention the most & she's from Michigan where I'm from so I got a baseline of support for Michigan fighters out of the gate that few probably have.Comment

“Whenever somebody says, ‘Oh, she shouldn’t be paid that. She has two Olympic gold medals. You should pay her just like you pay Lomachenko,’ ” Shields said, “it’s about getting respect, getting the TV time, getting the equal pay. I don’t just represent myself. I represent women’s boxing.”
Well, Loma was making 6 figures in his first handful of fights, why not check in with your promoter on this?
Flint's two-time Olympic gold medalist didn't go with the traditional powerhouse boxing promotional companies such as Golden Boy or Top Rank to push her professional career.
On Monday, the 22-year-old announced her decision to sign a promotional agreement with Salita Promotions, founded in 2010 by boxer-turned-promoter Dmitriy Salita.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Yeah, something tells me the money might not be there...Comment
