Well who's to say he's not going to, but is looking to dominate cruiser first. It's not unheard of for cruiserweights to go up in weight later in their career. I don't know if Usyk would be able to beat the top heavies, but I would be interested to see it.

Usyk can't fight on the inside and lacks toughness.
He can't finesse his way around Heavyweight.

He can dish it out...but he can't take it.

Got no idea where you found the suspect chin...If anyone Usyk has been hit plenty flush and taken it without blinking.

But as far as AJ...I think Usyk can be heavyweight champ, but someone like AJ might just be a little too big and too strong for him. I'd have to give it 65/35 to AJ now...but lets see how the tourney ends and how big Usyk would be at HW when he does move there.
