    Anthony Joshua vs. Oleksandr Usyk.

Who would win if Usyk moved up to HW? Usyk could outbox Joshua, but Joshua could end the fight if he lands a big right hand.

It would be Usyk floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee, and AJ stumbling around like Frankenstein's monster. Smart money would be on Usyk wide on points. A stoppage could happen either way but is very unlikely.

it would be fought in the UK, the entire UK boxing establishment protects their cash cow Joshua, so Uysk would have to box a perfect game to get a decision over Joshua. If Joshua is heading towards a decision loss, you know the UK ref will stop it if Joshua manages to land a combo.

Anthony Joshua would stylistically be a more difficult opponent than Deontay Wilder. Whilst also taking into consideration that Anthony Joshua has the superior fundamentals and basic techniques compared to Deontay Wilder in addition to his bigger size, Usyk would be far more challenged against Joshua than against Wilder.

I still do think that Usyk would stand a better chance at beating Joshua than the chances that Haye had of beating Wladimir Klitschko. It's due to a combination of Usyk being a significantly more skilled boxer technically than David Haye, along with prime Wladimir Klitschko being a more skilled boxer than Anthony Joshua.

If they fought now without Usyk having any tuneups at heavyweight, I would favor Joshua 55/45. However, if Usyk has a few tuneup bouts to acclimate in the heavyweight division, then I might make him the slight favorite, depending upon his performances.

Oleksandr Usyk really isn't that small. He might be smaller than Joshua in size, but he definitely won't be so significantly out-sized that he wouldn't be able to compete. We're not discussing a flyweight competing against a heavyweight here. After a specific weight, being heavier doesn't NECESSARILY provide any more advantages. A heavy 250 pound Anthony Joshua isn't NECESSARILY going to be at a significant advantage because of his additional weight, compared to a 225 / 230 pound Oleksandr Usyk at heavyweight.

Just like the ignorant Wilder thread. Usyk flat out doesn't have the power to keep Joshua off him. Joshua puts his lights out inside of 6 rounds.

              Usyk would Lomachenko him.

Joshua says NO MAS after 5 rounds. Eddie Hearn would then enter the ring and come up with some ridiculous excuse.

Usyk would stand even less chance than Parker .

You have to have at least HW power to beat Joshua on top of that ,southpaws are CUSTOM made for Joshuas counter right hand .

Usyk would NEVER have the smart money going on him ,hence NEVER being the favorite !

Unless Usyk defeats guys far easier than he has in his OWN weight class its virtually nonsense to pick him here when also adding a 220 plus or so frame to him WILL slow his mobility down which IS his main strength set perfectly for a 6'3 cruiser weight .

This fight cant be seen as remotley close unless it took place on another planet that had more gravity to weigh you down than earth .

**** I actually agree completely. It would look identical to Rigo Loma for sure. Size didn't matter at all in that fight, so Joshua could easily get Rigo'd in the same fashion.

If Joshua is smart and fight is in the UK. Hello will fight Usyk similar to how Wlad fought Povetkin by being in one of the most disgusting fights in the history of the sport.
