It's possible he could beat Lara. I think he would have to come from behind and win the fight in the late rounds. He seems pretty easy to hit but he can take a punch and he never stops attacking, He is relentless and has good stamina and big punching power especially with his straight right.

Lara won't be abled to stop him in his tracks and whenever he does take a breather and stay still he will get caught!

Lara will be the fifth southpaw, if ever in Hurd's resume and he fought a good southpaw in Trout in his last fight so I think Hurd can manage/handle the southpaw stance presented by Lara. Can Lara survive Hurd's pressure fighting?

Yeah this is one of those fights where Hurd is either one step behind the entire fight and loses a decision, or is one step behind and comes on strong and makes it even or stops Lara. But I would rather see Hurd vs Charlo for greater excitement. But all of these guys against each other would prove who is the best at 154.
