Yes we know this. It's year round random. They can be tested at anytime. Same as the WBC program.

I would say that is very inadequate! Both fighters should be tested before a title fight! That should be the minimum standard for every boxing organization! Bivol looks very suspect right now! He has to agree just to save face!

Didn't the whole Russian Olympic team get banned from the up coming Olympics?? Didn't Povetkin fail multiple tests... Like Barrera said it's part of their culture...didn't Ivan Drago cheat against Rocky Balboa?? Keep in mind that Russian holidays are based on Orthodox traditions, and in Russia, as well as for many Russians around the world, Christmas is on January 7th. Most people are on holidays currently.
