They should agree, it should be mandatory for any fight now in some way or another anyway.

Hopefully it gets sorted anyway. I remember Spence's team seemed to be dragging their feet signing to agree to testing for the Brook fight but it turned out to be a non issue and they got it sorted.

Why do people wait until after the contracts are signed to demand testing? That should be negotiated during negotiations of the contract. You tell a fighter he's getting $300,000 and he's budgeted for his training expenses and other expenses. Suddenly you wanna throw an extra $15k in there. That's crazy.
