Comments Thread For: Abel Sanchez Awaits Golovkin in Big Bear For 2018 Campaign

With the calendar officially turning to 2018, Gennady Golovkin (37-0-1, 33 KOs) will soon be expected to go up the mountains of Big Bear to return to the Summit Gym to once again work with trainer Abel Sanchez. ''We're looking forward to him coming in, he's always a pleasure to have in the gym because he's a mentor to all these guys. All these guys seem to work harder because they're trying to show something to him,'' said Sanchez, last week while at the Wild Card Boxing Gym in Hollywood, California

GGG is odds on favorite to land the Gingerbread payday. He gets to make like $10 mil fighting a guy who is just going to hang on the ropes and not come forward or try to get passed a jab. Anyone with any common sense would take that fight over the nobody you mentioned that only NSF-posting tards think is Sugar Ray Robinson.

ya, Charlo is untested, unproven. Ginger and GGG both knock out Charlo IMO.

GGG is gonna make a ton of money again if he rematches Canelo. Jermall should fight Jacobs or Andrade to see if he's the real deal at 160 lbs.

I highly doubt that he gets knocked out but it will be a true test people act like Canelo never had his on weight class so for him he won't do anything special against Charlo in my opinion

Well too bad Lil G lost his appetite for boxing after that ass whooping he took from Canelo.
