    Wilder IMO

Guy has freak genetic power. Little technique & less muscle than most HW fighters yet he has serious one punch KO power

kovalev is two weight classes higher than golovkin, of course he hits harder.

but this idea that golovkin has always broken guys down and doesn't ahve one punch knockouts isn't true. ishida wasn't a top fighter, but he had a very good chin and had never been stopped by some of the solid punchers he fought, and golovkin put him down and out with one shot. did the same with geale, who got up but had no legs and quit after they literally traded right hands

The ONLY HW he ever stopped were Audley Harrison, Chisora, a shot to bits Monte Barrett and a shot to bits John Ruiz Plus those two bums he fought on his “comeback”.
Putting Haye on this list is frankly ridiculous!
His punching power will prove itself once again in 2018! Superman only have two weaknesses, Kryptonite and Hayemakers! Even in these late stages of his career, David Haye's power will resurface once again....

Kovalev too is that category of fighters who throws bombs effortlessly. Like another poster pointed out, anything Kovalev throws will hurt badly.

He dropped BHop with a lazy jab if I'm not mistaken.
