who is the hardest puncher P4P?

Yesterday I heard about a guy, Ali Raymi on this site who punches really hard but after watching his videos, he doesn't seem all that devastating.

I also watched a guy on youtube Julian Jackson, he seems like a true killer KO'ing guys while they slump in slow motion like in the movies.

I know GGG, Kovalev, Bivol are true beasts, Ancajas is also something else but he seems to have just his left hand.

So my question is, who do you think is the hardest puncher in boxing history p4p? Preferably guys with KO power in both hands - past or present, doesn't really matter.

Pound for pound would probably be David Haye in my opinion..

In an ABSOLUTE sense would be Wladimir Klitschko in my opinion.

Yeah I know Gerald McClellan, sad for the way his life went. More reasons we need competent referees in this sport who won't listen to crowd cheers and do what is needed if the corner refuses to do what is right.

            History? I dunno.
Right now, Kovalev has some pretty crazy power. Stuns guys with jabs. Doesn't even have to load up to put someone down. That's different from Golovkin and Spence-type power where they're building up punishment and breaking guys down. Also, different from guys like Jackson who had beautiful timing. Kovalev has good form and accuracy, with crazy strong/explosive muscle fibers.

When it came to heavyweights besides the obvious Mike Tyson, David Tua had a left hook that would move a semi truck, a young Tommy Morrison pre Mercer was a power house, and Joe Frazier though debatable by some also had great power for his era.
