    Retired boxing champion Vinny Paz, whose comeback story after a car crash was dramatized in the 2016 film "Bleed for This," has been accused of attacking a Rhode Island man and sending him to the hospital. The 55-year-old former champ said he had been robbed and did what he had to do.

              yea, police suspect they could be the result of a bite

              investigations are continuing, more information will be released as soon as it becomes available

              also, the wounds may not be self-inflicted..... considering the guy no longer has teeth

                      saw paz at a fight in boston several years back. could smell the booze on him, but he was very friendly with everybody.


                      hopefully there was an active robbery going on, but it sounds his lawyers are going to have trouble justifying the injuries considering that he beat the guy up so badly and freaking bit him. even if you know the guy robbed you, you'll do time if you just beat him up for it. if the guy's in teh act of robbing you i'm pretty sure you can wallop him until he's no longer a threat, but you can't be f#cking biting the guy
