froch still salty ward beat him from pillar to post with one good arm. and gtfoh with this bivol crap. beating does nothing for wards legacy. kovalev was the scary bogeyman who was top five pound for pound and ward smoked him. and every year that barrera scalp on wards resume also looks better. none of these guys at 175 will enhace wards legacy. he has nothing to prove. let the peasants fight for the belts now.

As for froch & sky sports those clowns are all a bunch of hanger oners & groupies even though I like froch, other gimps like Tony Bellend bring their Network into disrepute. The fact that they are on benns nuts while hating on many proven champs shows what eddie hearn puppets they are.
Bellew annoys the **** out of me but one thing I will give him his due on is that his opinions are very much his own and he doesn't fall in line with the sky sports/Eddie Hearn propaganda machine. I remember the brook v spence ppv, after the fight the rest of the panel were still on brooks nuts saying how brave he was and he must be badly injured and how it was still a great night for the city of Sheffield. Instead of towing the line bellew basically said Brook quit because he was taking a beating off the better fighter.

Heating up with some good but still untested fighters. You know damn well if Ward would beat Bivol and Beterbiev people would say, who are these dudes? They never fought anyone, Stevenson is 40 and washed up....etc.

Bivol and especially Beterbiev both basically scared Ward into quitting boxing.

Ward's style depends a lot on holding and hitting. Beterbiev was a star wrestler before he decided to focus on boxing. He has enormous strength and can put freakish power into short punches from the clinch.

Whatever .. Ward wouldn't fight either of them unless he was paid the kind of ****** money Roc gave him for the Kovalev rematch, which was never going to happen.

37 isn't old. Froch was still at his peak and was winning bouts via KO

Someone influenced him. Froch has already said he didn't want to rematch Ward, was scared of GGGs punch, etc

Deep down Froch was ducking someone
