Floyd's excuse for not making Loma-Tank is a dead giveaway. He exposed the real reason

I'm not sure Arum and Floyd would work together but it is possible. But didnt Arum let Cotto take a side fight years ago that didnt involve Arum in the promotion? Cant see Arum doing that for Lom though. Lets see how Lom and Davis' career goes regarding weight. Perhaps Davis will move up to 135 if he has decided he cant make 130 and Lom goes to 135 and in 2019 they can meet. Even if they dont meet, there are a ton of nice fights for them from 130 to 135. The other day I mentioned all the 130 machups but imagine Lom, Davis, Garcia, Easter, Linares, Beltran, Verdejo, Mario Barrios, etc., fighting each other at 135.Comment

Imagine if Loma hadn't fought Gary Russell Jr. and Nicolas Walters, he 'might' have gotten Tank Davis to fight. Floyd would of never know he's that dangerous. Part of what I like about floyd is his survival's instinct, he knows exactly who and when is the right time to fight. All tank has to do is listen to the master of cleverness and he will extend his career. He doesn't need to worry about the narrative of fighting no prime fighters, we got his back, we rewrite the story in the end.Comment

He doesn't want his boxer to take a loss. It's as simple as that. All the rest is just double talk. If you are a good champion you willingly face the other champions for a fair money offer. If you won't do that you are a chicken champion. Being a champion should mean you are ready for any boxer your weight. It's not the time for on the job training and cherry picking while you get older and better. Vargas was only 21 when he was a world champion and he accepted the challenge of the fearsome Trinidad rather than chicken out and refuse to fight him. Yes he got knocked out because boxing is a risky business. Fighting the best is dangerous but a good champion does it anyway.Comment

greatness and who is the greatest is subjective...if taylor swift thinks money is the most important standard than she can think and claim she is the greatest musician alive under the age of 30....
is floyd as unknown as sven ottke? go around and ask your coworkers(if ur even employed...im having my doubts)who ottke is and ask them who floyd is and see which one they know.....just a very simple test
is floyd an unbeaten, recognized ATG, worth a half a billion dollars? is manny the guy who got KTFO by floyds son? yes...the answer is yes
so who ducked who or whatever is all irrelevant....now move along in your fantasy world where floyd ducked pac and whatever else you want to pretend
Saying who is the greatest is subjective, but it can be judged on objective criteria. Money earned has never been one of the criteria to judge a fighters greatness.
Most people don't have a clue who Floyd is, boxing is not a crossover sport. Floyd has not crossed over, not in the way Ali did, or Tyson, or even British stars such as Amir Khan.
But again popularity is not a criteria to judge greatness.
No when a fighter ducks it take away from his legacy, boxing is a man's sport where courage is valued. Ducking fighters is quite shameful.
Floyd made a career out of it.
Floyd chose to not fight the best fighters in their prime, and the old boxing adage, to become a great fighter you have to beat great fighters.
How many prime greats did Floyd beat?
Anyway, the way his lived as a fighter he is choosing that path for his fighters too.
Good he will make them money, but like I said, don't confuse money with greatness.Comment

Actually in boxing it does. Of course you are not a real boxing fan. Let us never forget in your mind jabs don’t count.
The biggest draws are almost always sure fire 1st ballot HOFers because people pay more to see a great fighter in great fights. Ali, Leonard, Robinson, Floyd, Tyson were all cash cows and great fighters, regardless of your warped mindset. ODH to a lesser extent.
Terrible fighters can make great money but are not the cash cow.
So you think Canelo is the best fighter in the world today.
Either Canelo or Joshua at this moment right?
As they make the most money
Connor McGreggor 2nd best boxer this century as well.

There is no rush = You aren't ready = You'll get your ass kicked right now. You can choose how you want to say it, but they're all the same.
hmmmmmm
Floyd Mayweather Jr. allowed a deadline for striking a deal on a superfight with Manny Pacquiao to pass without saying anything.
A day later, Mayweather indicated that his stance wouldn't be changing anytime soon.
"I'm not interested in rushing to do anything," Mayweather told The Associated Press.
Floyd Mayweather says he has “no regrets” about keeping millions of boxing fans waiting several years to see him share a ring with Manny Pacquiao – even though both champions are entering the autumn of their careers.
“Everything in life is about timing,” Mayweather, 38, said after another public workout at his Las Vegas gym for the 2 May fight at the city’s MGM Grand. “I have no regrets that this fight didn’t take place five years ago [negotiations actually started in 2009]. I didn’t think it was that big then but it continued to get bigger and bigger. Not just in boxing but outside of the sport. Pacquiao [who is 36] has continued to grow outside of the sport.
“We didn’t need to rush anything."Comment

are you sure floyd ducked prime fighters? cause one can make a very good case that prime cotto and prime mosleys(and others) actually ducked floyd when floyd was high risk low reward
if floyds whole WW career is "garbage" than pacs is less than garbage....literally half of his resume is floyd leftovers and weight drained zombies....his only good legit win is cotto and even he had already been beaten down with bricks
remember way back in the day when shane said he had toothaches and vacations to take when floyd was brought up? remember when cottos and hattons flat out said they wasnt ready?
was he supposed to make bob arum let him fight some of his guys after he left Top Rank? how easy do you think it was for floyd to do business with salty ass bob after he left TR? you ever notice how for the longest time neither floyd or golden boy was doing ANY business with TR? thats because of bob
your whole post and logic is tragically flawed....your hate is apparentComment
