Nobody has made more people rich in boxing than Bob Arum and that is a fact. Sugar Ray Leonard was the first boxer to make over 100 million and he was with Top Rank. Actually Pacquiao is the one who fired Visionquest. Pacquiao stayed with Top Rank and he co promotes his fights with Mp promotions. If he wasnt getting the right pay he wouldnt have stuck with Top Rank. He made 25 million each for Rios, Algieri, Bradley 3, 20 million for Jessie Vargas. These ppv's didnt perform well at all so he was probably overpaid for these fights because he had a high guarantee
