Loma makes more money then anyone at 130 including Davis. But for some context you should listen to the interview in fight hype, Floyd tried to be slick and change the subject because what he was originally was doing was making it seem like Davis was the money man and he asked the interviewer how much Loma made he said 1.2 which Floyd froze for a sec because he didn't think Arum gave him that much and was caught offguard since Tank made only like 600k his last fight. Floyd then switched it up saying he should be getting 2.5 mil since he is a double gold medal winner etc.....
