Even people like me who thought gg won know it was a close fight. Anyone who can't see that shouldn't be talking about boxing until they learn to understand what they are watching.
I had it 8-4 and I don't really consider that close. Keep in mind, I wanted Canelo to win --- check my post history.

You know enough about boxing to know that a close fight isn't just about your tally. There have been near shut outs that were still close fights and could have been seen differently. There were many close in this fight that could be seen either way. Those who don't want to accept that have no credibility, IMO. I still think GG should have won. But, I can understand a draw. Maybe even understand a Canelo win but I have a harder time getting there.

Same as the Jacobs fight. Jacobs should have won, IMO. Boxnation or whatever it was even said they thought he won. But, it wasn't hard to accept a Golovkin W based on close rounds and the fact that scoring is subjective.

Why is Keith hated so much by the black YouTube Boxing Community

He is tremendously skilled, he has a pretty good resume, he hasn't ducked anyone, he holds two belts, and he has made it known that he wants to be undisputed. For a guy who has said that he wants to be great, he sure gets ****ted on a lot by the Black YouTube Community. Why is that?

Even if Foxx was a GGG hater, he's got nothing on you crying to posters on this site that Baldori was exempt for raping his daughter. You're better off using your old alts or news ones. I'd be ashamed to post if I were you. It's like, who cares what you think about any boxers!!

I guess I'm one of the few who saw Canelo winning.

I don't follow the ****** belief that 'you need to TAKE it to the CHAMP!' that so many fans seem to have. If you have that mentality, you're giving the reining champ too much leniency in a fight and I think that's part of the problem here. People had a preconceived notion that Canelo needed to take the fight to GGG in order to win. They placed unnecessary expectations on him.

Objectively, a lot of rounds were close. I'll need to watch it again, but I thought Canelo won 1 - 3, I forget if it was round 7 or 8 that I thought he won, and I thought he won 10 -12.

Canelo's defense was on point that night. He did a lot of little things well. He counter punched well, but he was a little bit overly defensive and tried to steal rounds.

GGG was very ineffective and couldn't maintain any momentum.

A very close and competitive fight.

Sure, but don't worry about that..the DRAW was justified. Most Lil'G fans on this site guessed a KO win by Golovkin or the classic, "what will Canelo do at the ropes when GGG lands hell.." ironically it was Nelo that lured Lil'G to the ropes...

So when none of that happened, with Lil'Gs most awkward performance to date, he is excused with other theory about why he won. None of this matters. Nelo's tape reel is good enough for future boxing fans to know Canelo put on a good performance against Golovkin. It's even possible that Canelo would've performed even better at 155 when he invited the Kazakh... the Kazakh was well within Middleweight rules and its not the first time bouts were sanctioned below the limit. This is a champion that claimed 154 was easy before Canelo was in the narrative.

Lil'G was afraid to fight Nelo at a lower weight. It was Suleiman who rejected anything less than 160, all when the WBC has acknowledged Middleweight bouts lower than 160. This is why boxing is sketchy with favoritism. There's no reason why Suleiman didnt grant the catch when he knew Nelo started from 140

Its better for boxing for it to seem close some people believe, more intrigue in the rematch

I thought GGG won handily as well, competitive bout though
