8-4 to ggg on my card and I gave Canelo the benefit of the doubt In one round. There's no prizes for making a fighter look clumsy but not countering. Wasnt a hard fight to score, if you scored it a draw or a win for Canelo then you obviously don't think that landing punches is important In a boxing match. I've said it before on here but casuals score fights better than most so called experts, just call it as they are it and one guy was in charge for the vast majority of the fight.

So if you, a GGG ball gagger fanboy scored it 8-4 ggg, that's a dead giveaway that it was at least a 6-6 fight

The majority of people who said it was close, wanted Golovkin to lose. They also think Jacobs won. Pretty easy to see 8-4 GGG. People have put so much emphahsis on defense in the last decade tha they forget its the last criteria of scoring a round. The object of boxing is to hit your opponent first and foremost.

I watched it twice. Live watch I had it 7-5 Canelo. I preferred his clean work (although it was far and few between for stretches). Second watch I had it 7-5 GGG. It was a very close fight and I hope they sign the rematch for May
