i only failed in making you understand simple concepts such as 7 is more than 4 but thats not really my failure but more like your parents and our society. we all failed in that regard. 7 million for marg or 4 million for sharmba....somehow you twist that into floyd not ducking when he chose sharmba. you tried to lie and use the renegotiations they had the year later by pretending the 8 million floyd was offered the next year was the 7 he was offered for sharmba, when that failed then you tried to use floyd leaving top rank because they wanted him to fight margarito as something that helped your argument when it actually helped me. why try to leave for less money? makes no sense. there was no contract extension attached to the 7 mill. just take the fight and leave later like he did. then you tried to pretend floyd asking for 20 million to fight hoya was reasoable and he only got 10 when he actually fought him.we know the story. you are just a clone of so many other floyd fans i have talked to. they will literally never say anything bad about floyd even though its so clear and obvious. cong**** you lived up to their high standards of fandom and delusion. floyd never has ducked anyone, has took on all comers, is the best ever, etc....yeah yeah same old same old robot. answer the question though. who wins?

I tried to lie? Why don't you try to prove it instead of throwing out shlt.

HBO wasn't interested in Margarito. That's why they helped Mayweather bounce. You keep ducking it.

With the help of HBO, Mayweather and adviser Alan Haymon broke their promotional agreement with Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, and signed a one-fight deal with Dan Goossen, who is promoting Saturday's card. An enraged Arum sued.

          ---------------------------------------------
(Regarding Margarito and HBO not giving a shlt about him at that time.)

In particular, it (Klitschko's fight being called off) left welterweight titlist Margarito, who has been surprisingly overlooked by HBO and Showtime executives, in need of a fight date.

No one gave a **** about Margarito at this time and Arum was just talking shlt after being mad that Mayweather bounced on him. Even Margarito's team say the fight was only offered once...before Baldomir.

He turned us down once and then he went and fought Baldomir

Anything else I can do for you? Or will you keep sucking off Bob Arum who was busy at the time suing because Mayweather broke that contract so he could make more money than he was even asking Arum for?

And for the last time, stop with your bullshlt about the guarantee when I've explained this to you over and over. You have no comeback.

After buying himself out of his Top Rank contract, Mayweather took unprecedented control over his career. Rather than getting paid a large guaranteed fee up front by a promotor like Top Rank — as is the norm across the sport — Mayweather stages his fights himself and takes a cut of the total revenue on the back end.

Greg Bishop described it like this for the New York Times in 2011:

"He earns a percentage of every ticket purchased, every pretzel consumed, every poster sold. He will earn from countries that paid for broadcasting rights and the theaters where the fight is shown.

"Mayweather, regarded as one of the best boxers in history, fights under a highly unusual financial structure, exchanging upfront risk for back-end profit while retaining total control."

After distributors and networks get their cut, Mayweather gets a bigger piece of the remaining revenue than anyone else in the sport.

why keep posting the same things over and over? you think hbo turned down a floyd-margarito fight? why are you lying and saying that? please post that....oh wait that didnt happen at all. floyd turned down marg and picked sharmba instead. that other article pertains to a margarito-manuel gomez fight not a floyd-margarito fight. your lies are so obvious and disingenuous.

as for floyd making more money for leaving arum....hmmm he made 4 million to fight sharmba. if he had just stayed he would have made 7 million to fight margarito. once again you fail to admit 7 is more than 4. once again you conflate floyd buying himself out of his contract after the fight with events that happened before. he could have fought marg and bought himself out but he didnt. he fought sharmba and then bought himself out so he made less money against a worse opponent. you are just throwing anything against the wall in a pathetic attempt to defend that.
