    • Rigondeaux didn't beat Pacquiao twice, Rigondeaux didn't beat Pacquiao, who was touted as Floyd's most dangerious rival in 2009 a year earlier in 2008. When Floyd fought Marquez Pacquiao was P4P number 1 and Marquez had already beat him a year earlier, Floyd came in there and showed everyone how he'd beat Pacquiao, he boxed and moved and countered Marquez brilliantly similar to what he did against Pacquiao 6 years later.

Marquez was an ACTIVE P4P number 2 guy coming off one of the best performances in his career and a very good performance against Pacquiao. Floyd was out for 2 years straight and suffered a rib injury in camp.

Look at Rigondeaux now, the only significant win of his career was against Donaire in 2013 and since then has fought a handful of times against C level opponents until he fought Lomachenko, I didn't rate Rigo P4P due to his inactivity and very low level of opposition going into the Loma fight. Loma unlike Floyd was still very active and in the prime of his career.
