why is canelo hated and golovkin revered?

ya man im pretty pathetic...id like to see all fighters held to the same standards and i like to give all fighters a chance to win me over.....im pathetic though if i give it back to a fanbase that constantly chides a fighter for doing the same thing a fighter they cheer on does?

if that makes me pathetic than so be it.....its funny though....it certainly seems like a lot of guys change their tune when presented with truths and facts.....youve never gone out here and bashed a fighter in a thread to their fanbase? NEVER?

much of the sameness is kind of vague? are they really the same? would canelo fans talk trash on golovkin if golovkin fans thanked canelo for the opportunity and showed canelo respect? hmm....certainly would be an interesting study wouldnt it

if golovkin fans said "man **** this brook fight this is BS ...this was BS when canelo did it and ill be damned if im gonna support this BS...shame on loeffler" are we certain canelo fans might not show golovkin some respect?

if golovkin ever came out and said "yeah man alot of that smack i was talking about 168...ward hes so good man thats such a tough fight...i dunno" and his fans said "hey man that ward...great resume and what a performance in the 2nd kovalev fight"....u think ward fans would be around trashing golovkin every day?

The answers are no, not in any significant way, I don't trash on any fighters, I don't call guys bums unless they are literally homeless and I don't use the term 'ducking' except in very rare instances involving mandatories and even then only in exceptional circumstances. I did trash the Brook fight as did many other guys who actually like Golovkin as a fighter and I always favoured Ward to beat Golovkin though I'm far from convinced it'd be the whitewash some seem to think.

So yeah. Problem you got is you're taking the low route by trying to attack a small and disagreeable part of a fanbase (and, yes all fanbases have their *******s) by attacking the fighter themselves, which naturally antagonises the entire fanbase, not just the guys you wanted to get to... it creates or perpetuates the exact kind of Bull**** we're talking about. So you're as much a part of the problem as they are ... and yeah 'they' probably think 'you' started it too, as if that schoolyard **** is really an argument that a guy in their mid-30s should be using.
