Who other than AJ would be a betting favorite against him in a boxing match? There are 7 billion people on this planet. Can you name someone other than AJ who would be favored to beat Wilder?
Povetkin was a mandatory.. He wasn't calling out Povetkin to make the fight.. Team Povetkin won the purse bid so he had to travel or get stripped. I give him credit for taking the fight non the less. But that fight didn't happen.

I'll give him credit for willingly wanting to fight Ortiz.. Even though Ortiz hasn't looked brilliant as of late. But he will get credit when Ortiz fight happens that's for sure, Ortiz may be faded but he's still a top 5 HW. But that's only 2 good fighters he was meant to fight out of 40 fights.. That's not good enough.

And second best in HW is fair enough.. You didn't specify the division when you said second best fighter on the planet so I thought you meant second best boxer full stop.

Those are some fast wicked punches he is throwing. I would like him if he wasn't such a bragger. Brag, brag, brag. I am the best. I am super human. I think he flunked out of nursery school. Ortiz is old but he should test Wilder. If Wilder beats Ortiz easily it's impressive. If he struggles with Ortiz he isn't as good as he claims to be.

At the moment I presume only fury and Joshua would be favourites against him. Having said that because wilder has never fought anyone, you just don’t know if he should be ranked higher or lower in the pecking order. Should he be 3rd best in the world? Let’s wait till he actually

Joshua? Yes. Fury? No. If Fury vs Wilder was announced tomorrow for a date in April, Wilder would be a clear favorite. Nobody knows if Fury will ever be able to perform at an elite level ever again.

Wilder has faced a top 3 opponent before and dominated them. Joshua has never faced a top 3 opponent. The eye test tells us Joshua is a more complete fighter than Wilder, but as the clear top two boxers in the world, it's hard to crown either the king until they face each other.

TBRB had him #3 and had King Kong #2, even though when the fight was signed, the bookies favored Wilder. King Kong has been removed from the ratings due to the drug test failure, but many experts do consider King Kong #2. So Wilder should be applauded for being so anxious to fight him.

Right, but he could have easily signed to fight Martin instead and either gotten an exemption to unify, or simply been stripped for ducking Povetkin while easily picking up the IBF. But he didn't do that. He showed no fear and agreed to go to Russia, even though the corruption there makes any robbery that's ever happened in the US or UK look like child's play.

Until Ortiz's recent drug test failure, TBRB had Ortiz #2 in the world (with AJ #1 and Wilder #3). So with AJ preferring to fight Wilder later in 2018, Ortiz is literally the most dangerous opponent Wilder could have possibly sought out.

And second best in HW is fair enough.. You didn't specify the division when you said second best fighter on the planet so I thought you meant second best boxer full stop.
Why does the division need to be specified? Are you claiming there's a fighter from a lower division that would be favored against Wilder?
