AJ must have some shares in Matchroom which eliminates him working for a rival promoter, why would he work for his own rival. Okolie vs Chaberland is a small time domestic Matchroom card.. Why is AJ attending the press conference and promoting it? He's obviously getting a piece of the pie.. No one would promote another fight for free and Hearn also confirmed Matchroom is working with AJ to promote fights.
The one thing you've missed off: Joshua already has a promotional company (which Okolie and Buatsi are signed to): AJBXNG. It's AJBXNG in collaboration with Matchroom that are promoting Okolie vs Chamberlain.
