I don't understand why it isn't as popular as MMA female fights. Boxing is boxing, who cares about the gender as long as they're entertaining. Some recent female bouts have been more exciting than the male boxers.

Because they have no "characters" like the old days when Laila Ali and Jacqui Frazier was main eventing, Christy Martin was walking through punches and Ann Mathis was sparking chicks (Holm being one of them).
