I watched Spence fight again and cmon man, it is unfair how so many fans are labeling him a quitter.

Kell Brook is still one of the top British fighters. He isnt dead game but he got heart

He actually has the opposite of heart. Hairline fracture of an orbital bone ain't no thing but a chicken wing.

I'm not knocking Brook at all but no matter how you want to sugar coat it he quit. If people are calling him a coward and stuff like that then I would have a problem but he did quit.

He fought several rounds with the bad eye and even in the last round landed some good shots. He stopped in the end because Spence broke his spirit imo. No matter what he did Spence kept coming back stronger and putting him under sustained pressure. Basically he showed great heart before eventually calling it a day.

It's not anything degrading, i think higher of him than other people who quit like Walters.

He quit, that is a fact. But I agree that its fine he quit, he broke his other ****ing orbital bone. I think the majority of fans are ok with a fighter quitting with a broken face.

That is why I like Khan. People rarely talk about his toughness but he is down as *** when the kitchen gets hot.

Brooks got heart he was just beat by 2 better fighters I really wanted him to beat Spence and go on to be the best at 147 and im not going to hate on him for taking 2 very tough fights, and him stopping because of breaking his face in both of them

still think he beats khan especially now he has 2 metal eyes and khans still got a glass chin

He actually had a serious injury, and still fought it out until he knew he was done. Spence was going to finish him anyway he just decided not to take anymore damage so he can continue his career.

He is shot mentally. Full of self-doubt. He talks long and openly about it in the British sports press. Repeatedly. He may have been ruined in that way, see how he gets on in his comeback fight.
