Judges are usually hired as favors or to get an edge if its a close fight which is why ALMOST always the home fighter gets the decision .

At the end of the day most judges are not going to want to be in the spot light and reviewed on why they give a certain fighter the win mainly bc it could shed light on other fights they screwed up in or dont want to be judged themselves if they intentionally feel the need to alter scoring (this happens )

The boxing commission actually screwed up the UFC scoring bc it made them LEGALLY tied to use boxing judges to regulate it . And they are clueless . UFC used to have actual martial artists who understood the sport as the judges bf boxing interfered in that area .

Most boxing judges dont have to understand the sport ,they are just looking at two guys trying to hit eachother ,you almost always have one judge who gets it wrong , sometimes 2 but its too frequent and thats bc they dont care enough about it or they already are discretely told to HELP out this or that fighter with a pencil .
You worked for Mercante Jr in what capacity?

I think you need a reading comprehension class my friend. I said tens of thousands, not hundreds for fùcks sake. Reading is important and a requirement if you're going to continue to engage me.

I think it was Richard Steele in the Hagler Leonard fight that I heard got close to 30k. Not 100% sure that was the fight. Mayweather-Pacquiao referee earned $25,000, judges $20,000 a piece. Fights of different calibre get different amounts, this is a fact.

Why you hating on the idea man? I'm out here on these streets trying to do something positive and you're like: it won't work, they won't this....they won't that. Meanwhile, you can't even read BASIC English.

What's it going to hurt to try?

Well the avg ref only gets a few hundred per fight ,Mercante wasnt making 50,000 a year on ref salary . lolI think most of that is urban legend with no one ever talking to any real life referees .

Maybe sweeten the deal with some appetizers including prosciutto to draw these judges in ,tell them McNutty is in the house .

That's why we need that content. You're going to tell me you wouldn't read articles in my suggested format?

Appetizers is a great idea! Have a nice assortment of different cheese's, some proscuitto, maybe some wine. A James Lipton type of approach praps?
