Just checked figures:I think people under estimate how popular Joshua is in the uk. He already gets over one million, unification against Parker is likely to double that at least. If you end up in at unification for all 5 belts - hard to say but likely 3 mil +. Also don’t always take into consideration the individual fee, Sky charge pubs ridiculous amounts - and the uk obviously has a lot of pubs which would show it.
AJ vs Takam -
Showtime 334k live / 309k replay
UK PPV - c.800k (not released but sky sports did say at the time around this figure)
AJ vs Klitschko
Showtime - 659k , HBO (replay) 738k
UK PPV - >1.6 mil (not released but hearn did confirm above this number)
AJ previous 3 fights (Molina, Breazeale and Martin) were understood to have been around 300-350k Ppv sales in uk.Comment

Wilder/AJ will be in on PPV in the US and the UK will change the starting time to accommodate the US if the fight is in the UK. But more than likely the fight will be in the US in Vegas. More people woke up early and paid PPV money to see FLoyd/Mac fight than they paid to see AJ/Klitschko at a regular time.Comment

That leaves Wilder and if Joshua wants to take the next big step in his sporting journey, here’s hoping he jets away to Las Vegas.
While the Fury clash is the more intriguing bout from a boxing and story prospective, facing Wilder will bring all the glitz and glamour.
Providing Joshua does the business against Parker, something that is certainly not a given, let’s see the growth in his career and book a fight on Vegas’ famous strip.
A Klitschko rematch on Sin City's streets was pencilled in before the Ukrainian decided to hang up his gloves.
And it would be a joy to see Joshua now sell out a venue such as the MGM Grand without the appeal of Klitschko’s name and go on to claim the WBC title from Alabama-born Wilder.
LOLOLOL
but fight gonna be in the UK at wembley right?!?! LOLComment

You think the UK will change the start time to 4am to accommodate US TV? You do know there's laws that prevent them from doing that?Wilder/AJ will be in on PPV in the US and the UK will change the starting time to accommodate the US if the fight is in the UK. But more than likely the fight will be in the US in Vegas. More people woke up early and paid PPV money to see FLoyd/Mac fight than they paid to see AJ/Klitschko at a regular time.
You're comparing Joshua-Wilder to Mayweather-McGregor? OMFG GTFOComment

Espinoza believes belongs on the grandest stage.
"Vegas is where that fight really deserves to be and it would be a huge occasion," he said.
"It's been a while since there's been a heavyweight title fight of that magnitude in Vegas and I think there's a lot of pent-up demand for it."
BU BU BUT Espinoza dont know nothing bout boxin or foights! he dont know! No one cares the fight wont sail!Comment

Yet Floyd/Mac shattered that 1.6 mil to become the biggest PPV fight in UK history. Add to that that the PPV more than likely started around 5 A.M in the UK.Just checked figures:

But somehow ppl think AJ is a big PPV star selling millions. UK fans have no choice but to pay PPV if they want to see an AJ fight while here in the US, its free to watch him and he barely does around 380k views.Comment

It can be done. froch did it once in nottm. However the uk Ppv would lose its appeal (would be surprised fin you got 100k at that time - hard to say?), you would be limited to certain indoor arenas.
If it’s going to be 4am start you would just do the fight in America.Comment
