From your current thread, Ive seen you did a ranking for 2017.

It is crazy how not even one fight broke the 1 mio treshold for HBO and showtme. A couple years ago 1mio was good, but not exceptional.

Not even cotto could get over 1mio.

No fight did 1M last year on HBO or Showtime? That can't be right can it.

Also didn't recall that the Floyd vs Conor replay barely notched over half a mill. I'd have expected that to be up there since it did so well on PPV. Thats gotta be among the all time lows between PPV buys vs premium cable viewers for the replay. There is definitely something to make of that I bet...maybe that hardcores really did hate that fight cuz everyone who wanted to see it bought the fight & most of the hardcores who didn't order it didn't wanna see it at all any damn way lol. Interesting never the less & just guessimating the potential logic with the disparity between the PPV numbers & ratings obviously.

Yeah it is pretty crazy. Im surprised myself that not even 1 fight did 1 mio.

I remember both Wladimir Klitschko's fight in 2015 vs. Bryant Jennings and Tyson Fury broke 1 mio.

I think you are right. Pretty much all hardcore fans did not watch the fight or at least they did not pay for it.

I doubt many people cared to watch the replay as the result was already know.

I guess its just like most NBA or NFL games.
Once you know the result, you aint that excited to watch a replay on a saturday night.

I actually thought it was a fun fight from a entertainment point of view though...maybe thats why it hits me as odd it didn't do better replay numbers. I enjoyed Conor vs Floyd more than the Berto fight ffs lol.
