    There's no maybe. he didn't have a better resume because fighters like frampton, st+, mares and quigg, didn't want to face him, just like that. They refuse and Rigondeaux spent the latter part of his career fighting whoever was willing to fight him. And now at 37 years old has to move up in weight to fight, a real talented, younger, in his prime and natural weight, and I say natural weight because he campaigned at lightweight in the amateurs. So there you have it. I'm a Rigondeaux fan, and I was hoping for a better show. Disappointed I'm, but I do understand. Let see lomachenko at 37 years old fighting at JMW or WW, against a young and talented champion. He quit plain and simple. But nobody can hold his resume against him. Fighters around his weight class ran from him, literally.
