Interesting Linares is getting thrown around as the guy to topple the great lomachenko.

Here's the thing: Luke Campbell just about out boxed this guy, prob would have got the nod or the draw had he not suffered a knock down.

Campbell could be underrated but I don't think linares is the goods.

I don't know??? I guess I just can't get over Linares 1st round KO and 2nd round KO as well as his 11th round KO to think he's more than a gatekeeper but fighting in a weak division makes him look much better???

I'd rather see Loma either step up to Mikey, or take on a unification fight at 130. Ideally Berchelt, but any one of them would do.

Linares is an ok fight too, I wouldn't complain about it, it just wouldn't be my first (or second, third, even fourth) choice.

If Top Rank has any confidence in Felix Verdejo I say they should let Verdejo handle Beltran.
A fight between Lomachenko and Verdejo looks much better than a Lomachenko-Beltran fight. A lot more marketable for New York as well.

They should take that risk with Felix. It won't come any easier than a Beltran fight for him. If he can't beat Beltran then he just isn't that guy. Then they could move forward with a Loma-Beltran fight if that happens.

I think Golden Boy would let Linares fight Loma. I think they believe in Linares to let him fight Loma.
I need to see Loma face Berchelt though. I just hope Berchelt is willing to fight. He wants to fight Mijares which doesn't give one much confidence.

keep dreaming, there is no one who can stop lomachenko right now.
