I would like for Linares to be Loma's first opponent at Lightweight, but Loma still has work to do at 130.
The faster the other champions at 130 fight Loma the sooner Loma will move up to 135.

Linares is a top P4P fighter on his day, his extra size could finally give Lomachenko a test.
I do with fighters would stop with BS comments like, " x would be an easy fight for me" or "x isn't at my level", he clearly isn't an easy fight for anyone around his weight class

Poor comparison. Linares lost in his prime to DeMarco. Salido was stopped a few times between the age of 15-19 and then only suffered a KO loss for the first time out of his teens a few weeks ago.

Guerrero was a spent bullet and Figureoa is a blown up lightweight. He usually campaigns at 140 so he's basically the same size as DeMarco.

You didn't know any of this? Probably why it made you make such a poor comparison that probably has little to no baring on a potential Loma-Linares fight. No doubt you'll pick Linares (like you did Rigo) and have another meltdown/nervous breakdown crying about it afterwards.

Yeah, I'd like it to be sometime around the summer but suspect it will be Beltran first.

Linares seems like he wants a big payday a.s.a.p and I don't think Mikey Garcia is going to make it happen next either so hopefully Lomachenko jumps in and it's easy to make between TR & GBP.

Good fight, but Linares will get worn down like he always does and then get stopped late.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a good way for Loma to go. Linares is a step up and a good name. I never said Loma couldn't be great, but greatness is something you reach for, you can't rush it. Hunt giants, not midgets.
