"I don’t know who learned more in the first fight. But I think both can improve. Golovkin’s punch selection was off. The only thing he could land was a jab."

GGG landed 110 power punches to Canelo's 114 LOL...

Why is everyone in the media a fan boy? The days of objective reporting is done - everyone thinks his/her opinion matters when it really doesn't. This writer has no credibility.

      Hey Stephen,

I have to say I am convinced Lomachenko is already better than and has surpassed Mayweather in terms of ability and resume? I know he doesn't have the incredible marketing power and self promotion of Mayweather and on the face of it Lomachenko looks clearly to be the better boxer? Did Mayweather ever envision being eclipsed so soon? Your thoughts?

      Aaron

Bread’s Response: You’re a very sick young man. Those are my thoughts. Loma is a special talent but it’s way to early to say he has a better resume than Floyd Mayweather. As far as ability he you may have a better case but you’re still off and here is why. We need to see if that ability carries over vs elite guy after elite guy.

8 years ago Jorge Linares looked to be as good as Alexis Arguello or Salvador Sanchez. But it didn’t turn out that way. You guys have to stop. How are old you? What is your nationality? I am very curious as to what demographic would produce such a skewed opinion.

Thanks Bread! You just made my day!

Fanboy? You do realize this "writer" is the trainer of J-Rock Willians right? (Who also has ring experience) He also just chose Derrick James as Trainer of the year after suffering a tough loss to him head-to-head this year. If that's not objective idk what is.

His write-ups are solid work and probably the best thing this site has going. Despite "punch stats" I think we all can agree GGG wasn't landing much solid work in that fight. (And I picked him to win by stoppage.) The only person being a "fanboy" is you.

Stephen is the same idiot who said GGG couldn't land anything but a jab on Canelo but landed only 4 less power shots LOL. Jabs used to matter when Ali, Foreman and Winky Wright used them, but when GGG uses them they don't matter anymore LOL.

Stephen is and has always been racially biased - not surprising. By asking the person's "demographic" - I think Stephen believes your race makes you advocate a certain way - but I think he's just projecting on others...
Again reading comprehension obviously isn't a skill you possess. In the same response he also questions the age of the writer b/c no objective knowledgeable boxing fan would say something so silly. But again, its funny you talk about "projecting". You're one of the worst offenders on this site.

This fan boy also mentioned Gervonta Davis as a tough fight for Loma - "I'd probably favor him." Never mentions that Davis himself has implied he's afraid to fight Loma and has no interest in that fight happening, but didn't include the fact that Davis doesn't want the fight in his "reporting." Come on. He's a fan boy posing a journalist now.

Thanks for mailbag. Never ever will i understand why anyone thinks floyd would have chance to beat leonard, hearns, duran etc. Just a shortcut to thinking i guess.
