You don’t just “add,” theoritical proportion. As Gennady said, Canelo would be faster and more stronger at 164 against Chavez because he doesn’t hurt his body to hit 154 or Caneloweight 155. We all know adding more weight slows down a fighter, so we know Canelo didn’t “add” weight against Chavez Jr., he just didn’t need to cut 10lbs of water weight for the weigh in.

Against Genandy Golovkin, that’s where Canelo had to add 5lb more muscle weight, which is why he looked more ripped in the shoulders, and most likely why he gassed against Golovkin trying to throw bombs.

Or we can just act stupid with your questions and say that Gennady at 168 against Chavez or Froch he would weigh 200lbs also?
"I couldn't put it better myself. That explains everything ... what did you say?"

That’s standard practice simply to avoid the legal fees, and course many boxers can go beyond the margin of error because their body can, be it Crawford, Canelo, Triple Gee (considering his age), or even Geale. Cutting water weight is easy.

But as aboutfkntime been saying and as I, the PPV opportunities were always there! If Genandy Golovkin said 154 was always easy since 2013, then why didn’t he ever call out or campaign at 154 in previous years? That’s where Cotto and Canelo where and even Floyd!!!! The PPV was there!!!

Seeing how big Gennady is, they were always bullshttng. Gennady too big, with those consistent he was sick at weights for whatever dumb reasons... fine..he ducked both north and south fights.

Even if Canelo can cut the weight, GGG could never cut below 158 etc... too hard on his body. This is why Canelo invited him to 155 before he even became WBC champ. Nelo always beeen young and the bigger star. It was always the Canelo show, not the Ggg show.

Cotto: Official: 153.6 - Unofficial: HBO could not get Cotto's weight, which is normal for Cotto... let’s say Cotto rehydrated to 167... willing to bet.
      Geale: Official: 157 - Unofficial: 182 !!!!!

Geale 182!!! Oh noes... Geale is a rehydrated LHW like Kova on fight night!!! But GGG looked smaller than Geale? Fck out here. We all know HBO hiding GGGs “unofficial weight.” The fact these are labeled unofficial is scandalous practice lol

we have mostly discussed Golovkin's bizarre refusal to negotiate on weight with Canelo..... but the REAL head-scratcher is why they refused to negotiate on weight with little 153lb Cotto

        This image is a fake.

Canelo didn't defend the WBC middleweight against Khan.

By your admission, Canelo didn't win these fights.

the little old faded 153lb JMW, Cotto ?

or did you mean the WELTERWEIGHT, Khan

if Canelo retired NOW..... he would have a better resume, and be ranked higher all time, than Golovkin

Canelo fought the 4 best JMW's on the planet CONSECUTIVELY, and then he jumped a division and fought a supposed killer in his first real contest at middleweight

Golovkin..... has never done anything like that

Golovkin ran around for FIVE YEARS saying that he can beat "anyone from 154-168"..... and then, he killed THREE HUGE fights over weight

Weekend Review: Biggest Winners and Losers of 2017:
"Golovkin waited his entire career for big fights and then fell short when he got them, struggling to beat Danny Jacobs and settling for a draw with Alvarez"

you would not know a good fighter if he punched you in the face

I am 100% absolutely saying that Canelo is not, and has never been, a genuine middleweight champion

            your vaunted title holder had.....

            * never fought AT middleweight
            * never fought A middleweight

a belt does not make a fighter kid, a fighter makes the belt

            Golovkin..... beat Pepe Le Pew

the same guy that Saunders just spanked

            hey..... is Lee/Lemieux..... better than Murray/Lemieux ?

even Saunders had a better resume than Golovkin did before he squeaked past Jacobs..... think about that for a second

So Canelo's best win was against a faded Cotto?
              Good to know.

Also what belt did Canelo fight Cotto for?

                So is Trout a SMW?

I’ll say again, seeing how significantly bigger Hurd and Charlo were to Trout, how much do you think Hurd or Charlo are on fight night?

Gennady looks bigger in his fights since after Rubio...idiots think Golovkin doesn’t add on 15lbs to fight night.
Draining is before the weight in, what they weigh on the night is totally different, was there fight night weight an official weight or a guess

Really?! I thought fighters drained for “fight night” performance. I wonder why why boxing uses the term “rehydrates to...”
