I think youre talking about 2 guys. Josh Taylor is the 140 guy. Josh Kelly 147

Its all semantics, but for me a prospect is someone who hasnt beat a top20 guy or challenged for a world title.
After beating a top20 boxer, you become a (fringe) contender.

Taylor faced off against a promising prospect in Davies and had a win against an ex-champ in Vazquez, who probably is in the lower top20s.

I dont see how dubois, Yarde and Garcia can be considered world ranked without even fighting against someone who can put up any resistance.

Yarde has 2 guys who can go rounds, but not win rounds in nemesapati and sjekloca.

Dubois has only wins against opponents who didnt offer anything.

Im not really familiar with Ryan Garcia, but Kellys most recent opponent was able to show him movement, where he needed to invest to the body to slow him down and trap him on the ropes.

    I hear you.

The difference in class was stark.
Josh was economical and precise with his punches.
Ohara was just winging punches from a distance. He was soo predictable!!

It was like a pro v a rank amateur.

Not sold on Ohara at all.

Agreed man, he should’ve been a prospect of the year pick for 2016, he’s already proven he’s well beyond the prospect level
